At Styled Naturals, we are committed to providing premium-quality herbal teas and exceptional customer service.

Returns

Because our teas are consumable products, all tea sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used tea products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stylednaturals.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened tea products
  • Used products
  • Orders returned without authorization
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout
  • Change of mind

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
